General Return & Exchange Conditions

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• A 360-degree opening video of the package is required when raising a return or exchange request.
• No exchange or return will be accepted without this video.

• Sizing concerns (if applicable)

Note: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for any other reasons not mentioned above.

Return & Pickup Process

• Customers must arrange courier/reverse pickup for the return of the defective or incorrect product.
• Free pickups are not guaranteed; they are based on mutual agreement.
• If agreed, pickup will be arranged within 7 working days.
• The exchange process begins once the product is received at our warehouse.
