At Harisree Handlooms, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
   The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
   The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

2. Non‑Returnable Items
   Products purchased during sales or special offers.
   Customized or altered products.
   Items damaged due to improper handling or washing by the customer.

3. Return Process
   To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with order details and clear images of the issue.
   Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
   Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds
   After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
   Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
   Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.
