Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable Items

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
• Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
• Customized or made-to-order handloom products.

Return Procedure

• Email us at harisreehandlooms@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear pictures of the product (if applicable).
• Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
• If your return is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own expense (unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered).

Return Address

The return address will be provided in the return approval email. Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Refund After Return

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
